Kinesiology is a gentle, natural approach to holistic health care and starts from the premise that your body has the innate ability to heal itself, but certain lifestyles, behaviours and beliefs can get in the way. It is rooted in the ancient Chinese acupuncture Theory of the Five Elements, to understand and restore the body’s energy flow. By using gentle muscle testing, we look for imbalances in the body and address what needs attention to help uncover the root cause of your health issues. Together, we create a treatment plan tailored to address your whole person, not just the area that is presenting the problem, and empower you with tools and recommendations to live a life of greater ease and vitality.
